- Go to the Properties section and click Add Property.
- Fill in property details such as address, type, and description.
- For HMOs or shared properties, choose Multiple units type and enter the number of units.
- Choose the property owner from the list.
- Click Save to add your property.

Yes, RentAdmin fully supports the management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs). You can easily add HMOs to your portfolio and manage their unique requirements. Here's how:
- Go to the Properties section and click Add Property.
